Member Workdays, the Member Summit – Americas, and the NaaS Excellence Awards will bring the work of Mplify together in one week. Members will help advance active projects, hear where the industry is heading, explore real-world implementations, and recognize the organizations and individuals turning industry priorities into execution.
The program reflects the work now taking shape across Mplify, with a focus on NaaS for AI, Agentic LSO, NaaS Federation, cybersecurity, certification, and the operational coordination required to deliver services across organizational boundaries.

The Mplify Member Summit – Americas will bring together Mplify leaders, members, analysts, and industry experts for a clear view of NaaS industry progress and the work required to support the Agentic AI era.
Mplify Vision, Strategy and Industry Outlook
The Member Summit program begins 23 September with Mplify’s vision and roadmap for NaaS for the Agentic AI era, followed by updates on key work areas and opportunities for members to get involved.
Independent industry analysts will examine the state of NaaS, drawing on market developments and insights from this year’s record number of NaaS Excellence Awards submissions.
The Voice of the Alliance
New members will share why they joined Mplify and how they plan to contribute. Mplify Co-CEOs Daniele Mancuso and Franck Morales will discuss Alliance priorities and the opportunities ahead, followed by an open member discussion with Mplify leadership.
NaaS in Action
Executive perspectives, panels, demonstrations, and user stories will explore how NaaS and AI-ready infrastructure are progressing across North America, Latin America, and the global ecosystem.

On 24 September, Mplify Views move from strategic direction into practical implementation. Interactive sessions will focus on the three work areas shaping Mplify’s roadmap.
NaaS Federation Members will examine plans for agent-enabled services and trusted onboarding, including identity, credentials, partner discovery, catalog access, governance, and the commitments required to establish a federated ecosystem.
NaaS for AI The discussion will focus on securing AI-ready connectivity across distributed networks. Topics include SD-WAN, SSE, Zero Trust, quantum-safe connectivity, trusted agent identity, and standardized service attributes supporting AI infrastructure.
Agentic LSO Members will review progress on blueprint architectures, MCP-based interaction frameworks, trusted agent environments, deterministic APIs, and coordination models for orchestration at scale. The session will also highlight work involving ASR-to-LSO automation and a Quote-to-Cash demonstration with legal agent identity.
Member Workdays take place 21-22 September, co-located with the Member Summit – Americas.
These focused, outcome-driven sessions give members an opportunity to directly shape standards, certification programs, implementation frameworks, and active projects across the Alliance.
